Q: Do Avalon miners require any specific type of power supply?
A: The power supply is customized. The power supply is installed on the miner, it comes with the miner together, so don't worry. The power input is AC 220V, 16A, the output is 11.5V~ 14.5V adjustable, and the maximum current is 285A.
Q: Does the miner come together with the power cord? If not, please advise on the power cord.
A: Our miner includes a power supply but no cable. The cord is C19, it's standard, you can search on Amazon or local stores. Q: I received the miner I ordered but only 2 boards are hashing.
A: Your miner model is A1126-S with two hash boards. For computing power, please check whether the miner setting is running under high-performance status.
Q: When you choose the BTC payment
A: If you use an exchange such as Binance to withdraw bitcoin, please confirm that the actual amount received is exactly the same as the order amount because there may be different exchange fees.
